一、产品功能用途：

二、产品运输及装卸车注意事项：

1.预制钢筋混凝土检查井为重型货物，需有专业的装车团队及运输团队进行装车及运输服务，方不会对检查井质量造成任何影响。

2.钢筋混凝土检查井为重型货物，卸车时应采用专业卸车机械、工具，用吊装孔进行卸车和吊装，避免造成不必要的损失。

三、卸车注意事项：

1.卸车时将产品轻起轻放，产品较重，容易造成磕碰。

2.不要采用钢丝绳贯穿预留孔的方式进行卸车，自重较大，承受力比较集中，容易造成井室裂纹。

四、管道与检查井衔接流程：

1、检查井与管道连接一般采用管顶平接，采用1:2防水水泥砂浆或聚氨酯掺和水泥砂浆嵌缝封堵。

1. The connection between the inspection well and the pipeline is generally connected by the top of the pipe, which is sealed by 1:2 waterproof cement mortar or polyurethane mixed with cement mortar.

2、具体做法为：在管道伸进井室前，在管道下部120度范围内座防水砂浆，挤压管道使防水砂浆与管道连接密实，以砂浆外溢为宜。将管道两侧和上部分别以防水砂浆填满，插捣防水砂浆，直至完全饱满，最后抹出三角状防水砂浆，宽度保持在5-6cm。

2. The concrete measures are as follows: before the pipeline goes into the well chamber, the waterproof mortar is set up in the lower part of the pipeline within 120 degrees, and the waterproof mortar is tightly connected with the pipeline by extruding the pipeline, so that the mortar is suitable for overflowing. Fill both sides and upper parts of the pipeline with waterproof mortar, pound the waterproof mortar into the pipeline until it is completely full, and eventually wipe out triangular waterproof mortar with a width of 5-6 cm.

五、钢筋混凝土检查井场地防护注意事项：

1、卸车时应轻起轻放，存放地地面平整，防止井室倾斜和倒塌。

2、应使用专业吊钩，运用吊装孔进行卸车。
