模具双射成型的基本原理
双射成型主要以双射成型机两只料管配合两套模具按先后次序经两次成型制成双射产品.工作步骤:
Double injection molding is mainly to produce double injection products by two tubes of double injection molding machine and two sets of molds through two times of molding in sequence
1.A原料经A料管射入1次成型模制成单射产品A.
1. A raw material is injected into the material pipe a for one-time molding to form a single injection product a
2．经周期开模,产品A留于公模，成型机动模板旋转至B合模.
2. After periodic opening, product a is reserved in the male mold, and the molding motor-driven template is rotated to B to close the mold
3．B原料经B料管射入2次成型模制成双射成品,开模顶出.
3. B raw material is injected into B material pipe for 2 times to form a double injection finished product, which is ejected by opening the mold
